1. What is the meaning of UDDO?
UDDO (ウッド) means “wood” in Japanese. Although Ki (木) is the actual word that means “the substance of which wooden things are made”, we chose UDDO as it sounds better, don’t you think so? (tidbit: bamboo belongs to the grass family).

2. How can I order your products?

3. Where can I find your store?
We currently only have our online store (www.uddo.ph). All orders and purchases are done online. For more information, email or contact us through our email address or mobile number.

4. Are they eco – friendly?
Yes they are 100% made from natural bamboo that are sustainably grown. No toxic chemicals are included in the process of making these sunglasses.

5. Are the sunglasses lenses polarized?
Yes. Our sunglasses lenses are made from  TAC (Cellulose Triacetate) Polarized Lenses that offer 100% UVA/UVB Protection.

6. What else are you planning to offer aside from the sunglasses?
Right now, it is too soon to tell but we are already discussing our plans for the future. Rest assured, we will keep you updated through our social networks of new offerings. You can follow us through the links found on our website or contact page.

7. Can I order and ship internationally?
Yes. UDDO ships internationally. We charge an additional 500 Philippine Peso for international shipping.

8. How long will it take to receive my order?
Items are expected to be received 1-2 business days for areas within Metro Manila, and 2-3 business days for areas outside Metro Manila upon shipment. For international orders, we use Premium Registered Mail (Postal) which would take the shipment to arrive to you in 7 to 15 days upon shipping. It comes with a tracking number for your peace of mind.

9. What are the payment choices?
Payment choices are bank deposits (BPI and BDO) and Credit Cards through PayPal because we value your security and peace of mind. Please check our How-to-order page for more information.

10. How can I check the status of my order?
